He has advised several top-tier private equity firms in strategic due diligences and has extensive experience in organizational and operational matters in various process industries including steel, chemicals, and pulp & paper. |

Wolfgang Ressler,

Mr. Ressler’s academic background is in electrical engineering. While at university he founded a sports event company. Prior to founding crystalsol he was Junior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, Inc. in Vienna where he spent the last 4.5 years. He advised top-tier companies of the Hi-Tech, Telecommunication, Automotive and Water Industry. While his focus was on operational topics he also gathered extensive experience in marketing and strategy. |

Prof. Dr. Dr.h.c. Dieter Meissner,
Managing Director

| Prof. Meissner has started to work with Monograin Membranes in 1979 with the Philips research group and took over the technology in the late 1980s. He has been working on different types of solar technologies at different universities and research institutions in Europe, Asia, South America and the United States and has been involved in development projects with several solar companies. He has published more than 150 scientific papers and more than 100 patents in 37 patent families. |
